This wine has richer tones of greenish-yellow. We can taste a pleasant tone of citrus and yellow fruit in its aroma. The taste is full and harmonic. Pleasant acids and tones resembling limes are completed by the taste of flowers and fruits in its tones. Thanks to sur lie method (rested on a mild yeast for a longer period of time), this wine acquires a whole new dimension and fuller character. This wine is appropriate for archivation.
